A couple of problems

I'm a relatively new user of the HelioHost services and joined only after getting brilliant reviews from a couple of friends and basically every other hosting forum.

 

However, after setting up my website, I almost immediately started running into problems.

 

Initially there were major downtimes which wasn't such a big problem because you managed to get that sorted out soon enough. Now I haven't been able to logon to my cpanel for awhile and apparently my categories and tags have vanished from the wordpress blog that I have put up on HelioHost.

 

Please could someone help me sort it out?

Our records show that you logged in a couple of days ago (6-14-2010). What kind of problems are you having?

 

If you've lost any categories and tags than we're sorry but I doubt it had anything to do with us.

Looks like the problem solved itself. Almost 24hrs later, the tags and categories have re-appeared. I still can't figure out what really happened but the site seems to be working fine now.
