Publishing my site doesn't work : (

To whomever can help,

 

I have tried publishing my website -made with the programme web accapella, which tells me that the website is published, but when I click on the link or type in the address the site is not available (I have published other sites successfully) and that my server may be unavailable.

 

Can anyone send me the right details : Host/ ftp server : ?

Login : ginkohj

Password : ****

Internet address : http://www.ginkohjewellery_heliohost.org (also tried already without www)

Remote ftp folder : /home_ginkohj/ (already tried public also)

Port : 21

 

Hoping that someone can send me all of my account / publishing details, and verify that all is well with the heliohost side of things.
