chrisp6108 Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 i need help with this, i just got 250 points and bought the web hosting. but when i click on hosting account, and it ask for user name and password my username will not fit it only goes to chrisp61 and then stops? anyone know what i can do to fix it? majazac Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 when you registered the host you entered a username with max of 8 characters. is this username you have to use, not the helionet username Quote
