I need help on accessing folder

Ok, so i signed up for a .heliohost.org subdomain, and when i try to access the _private file, it asks me for a username and password. I tryed the one i supplied for my subdomain and it didnt work. Any help?

 

 

EDIT: One other thing...since im a noob at this, how do i make it so that when you go to my page, it automatically opens up a page, instead of having the "Index of" thing?

you have to place your website files under the _html folder.

For instance, something in public_html/index/index.php will open on your website as subdomain.heliohost.org/index/index.php.

 

And about the _private folder... what _private folder? FTP, you mean?
