Krydos Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Apparently we hit our email sending limit last night sending out all of the Terms of Service update emails. Therefore quite a few emails failed to send. For instance, if you donated for a Tommy account you wouldn't receive the email to create the account. If you requested a password reset you wouldn't receive the email with the link. If your account was close to going inactive you wouldn't receive the warning email, etc. We have email working again now, so if you missed out on an email let us know and we can resend it. Also support@heliohost.org email address is offline right now so if you need support you'll need to use the helionet.org forum or Discord. We expect email support to start working again at the end of our 24 hour temporary ban.
