I signed up as Korto with the registered domain kortoworlds.co.cc but nothing's happened.

Yesterday, I signed up on HelioHost with the username Korto, and I used the registered domain kortoworlds.co.cc (I had also set the nameservers to HelioHost's). Nothing has happened yet, and in fact when I direct my browser to kortoworlds.co.cc it cannot find it at all. Is this because I haven't waited long enough for everything to be processed? Any help would be appreciated.
