Do i need ADSes to keep my site alive?

i remember i've read somewhere in the forum that i need to put an ADS on my site to keep it alive or need to post minimum 1 message in the forum. Is that right or just a bull**** i've read somewhere else? xD

No mate, you don't. You used to, but they got rid of that a couple years ago.
