sollerti Posted April 8, 2010 Share Posted April 8, 2010 Hello, I am trying to access my account over CPanel directly from the heliohost.org page. I have tried several browsers, I have tried clearing cookies and cache, but seem not to be able to access my account: sollerti I was able yesterday to access the account without too much trouble. Though towards the end of the day I started having trouble heading back to the "Home" page of CPanel once I entered a subsection. Is there anything wrong with your server? Byron Posted April 8, 2010 Share Posted April 8, 2010 I wasn't able to open the cpanel this morning but I could just a few minutes ago, although slow. Sometimes when the server is under a heavy load you'll experience this. Just try it at another time.
