Can't access account through CPanel anymore

Hello,

 

I am trying to access my account over CPanel directly from the heliohost.org page. I have tried several browsers, I have tried clearing cookies and cache, but seem not to be able to access my account: sollerti

 

I was able yesterday to access the account without too much trouble. Though towards the end of the day I started having trouble heading back to the "Home" page of CPanel once I entered a subsection.

 

Is there anything wrong with your server? Is there anything I can do to fix it from my side? Is there something wrong with my account?

I wasn't able to open the cpanel this morning but I could just a few minutes ago, although slow. Sometimes when the server is under a heavy load you'll experience this. Just try it at another time. You might also have better luck going to your cpanel with this url:

 

http://YOUR_DOMAIN.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.php

that is what seems to be happening, i.e. I am now able to get access to CPanel but with slow performance. The server must have been very loaded.

 

I will try the URL you mention.
