It looks like something wrong with Wordpress, as all other files are accessible on that domain. Permissions on index.php look correct, and I renamed out the .htaccess to eliminate that. I created https://gigsreview.com/info.php and it works fine, and /wp-admin/ also gives the expected login page.

Did you perhaps put some sort of security plugin on WP that might have caused the site to block you?
