Phantom account suspended

Hello,

 

About a month ago, I tried to register for a HelioHost account:

Username: patrickw

Domain: patrickwigmore.heliohost.org

 

As far as I could tell, it never went through. I was never even able to get the cPanel to come up, let alone actually log into it. The 'patrickwigmore' subdomain did not appear to have been created.

 

I read that there were some delays processing new accounts. In need of a bit more haste, I remembered another host I had used before, got a new account with them, and all was well. I just assumed that my HelioHost registration had been lost into the ether, since I received no more emails about it.

 

But now I have received emails telling me firstly that my account will be suspended and now, later on, that it has actually been suspended, and yet I didn't even know I had an account to suspend!

 

Someone might want to look into this to see if it's a chronic problem.

 

Don't worry about getting my account working. I am quite happy for it to be deactivated now.

During that time, the server was having trouble processing accounts, though no one else has reported the problem you have. If you keep getting emails, make sure to let us know. Sorry for the trouble.
