As most of you already know, over the last couple weeks we've been seeing short bursts of DDoS attacks against one of the websites on Tommy. Our ISP is usually pretty quick to block the traffic, but until the targeted IP is blocked there can be some downtime for our main website, our forum, Johnny, and VPS plans. We've been moving accounts around to try to determine which website on Tommy is being targeted, but since there's almost 8,000 domains it can take a while.

If you're on Tommy your account will be moved to an IP that is not being targeted currently. If you're using ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org your DNS records will be updated automatically, but if you're using external DNS, such as Cloudflare, your website will remain offline until the DDoS ends, or until you update your A record manually. Let us know if you have any questions.

Is this move affecting the SSL certifacates? My site says not secure now.

Yeah, it seems like a few people's SSL got broken even though Plesk says that it's secured, and doesn't expire for months. Just click reissue and generate a new SSL certificate and then wait for up to 2 hours for it to start working. If your site still says it's not secure after reissuing the SSL and waiting 2 hours let us know and we can take a closer look.
