Slight Issue

So i've been away for a few months sorting out a few personal issues and I haven't had time to log into my site. I come back with new enthusiasm and ready to work on my site to find I can not access it in the slightest.

Above is my url, but it just comes up as blank. Does anyone know if I have to reactivate my account or speak to someone in particular?

Looks like it's was deleted because of inactivity at your cpanel. Feel free to create a new account.

Thanks. I didn't realise it had completely wiped everything, so I was able to sign up with the same information I used originally.

That's a little bit of a pain though. What is the maximum amount of time given until an account expires and is deleted?

About 30 days. I would log in twice every month though, just to be safe.

One last question, being that it was such a long time ago that I made my account, when are all the options chosen as to whether or not you want ad banners or not? I remember something about if you didn't need much room or bandwidth, then you could chose to have no ads on the site.....I thought it was in account creation, but obviously i was mistaken. :S

Nope, that's not it. I could have sworn there used to be an option you could just choose. The ads gave you more bandwidth, but for someone like me there was an option to just have less bandwidth and no ads..... :S
