DemonKnightz
So i've been away for a few months sorting out a few personal issues and I haven't had time to log into my site. I come back with new enthusiasm and ready to work on my site to find I can not access it in the slightest. http://www.demonknightz.heliohost.org/ Above is my url, but it just comes up as blank. Does anyone know if I have to reactivate my account or speak to someone in particular?
Byron
Looks like it's was deleted because of inactivity at your cpanel. Feel free to create a new account.
DemonKnightz
Thanks. I didn't realise it had completely wiped everything, so I was able to sign up with the same information I used originally. That's a little bit of a pain though. What is the maximum amount of time given until an account expires and is deleted?
Wizard
About 30 days. I would log in twice every month though, just to be safe.
DemonKnightz
Thanks for that. Will do. One last question, being that it was such a long time ago that I made my account, when are all the options chosen as to whether or not you want ad banners or not? I remember something about if you didn't need much room or bandwidth, then you could chose to have no ads on the site.....I thought it was in account creation, but obviously i was mistaken. :S
Byron
I think this is what your looking for.
DemonKnightz
Nope, that's not it. I could have sworn there used to be an option you could just choose. The ads gave you more bandwidth, but for someone like me there was an option to just have less bandwidth and no ads..... :S
Byron
Your on that plan now. We don't put any ads on your site. Ain't we nice!
DemonKnightz
Cool, that's all I needed to know. Plus i guess concidering I made my site back in 2008, either my memory is playing up or things could have changed. But that doesn't matter thanks for your help and i'll see you around the forum.
