gsiler Posted April 5, 2023 Posted April 5, 2023 Account: gsiler (gsiler.heliohost.us), hosted on Tommy. Over an hour ago, I created an email address. (Kicking the tires in case I want to change my email host.) I sent a test email, and viewed it in the web client. Then I attempted to add the account to my Mac Mail client. While fiddling with my client, everything I was doing stopped responding (Plesk, web mail, and my website). Now I am getting connection timeouts for both gsiler.heliohost.us and tommy2.heliohost.org:8443 Any insight on your end?
Kairion Posted April 5, 2023 Posted April 5, 2023 Hi @gsiler, Your IP address was blocked on our firewall due to multiple failed IMAP login attempts. I have manually unblocked your IP address, but if you do not fix your e-mail account's password on your e-mail client it can be blocked again. Please let us know if you are now able to access your site, your Plesk panel and everything else.
