Oww and one more thing when i want to remove an addons domain it gives this error:

 

Error from park wrapper: CP-Wrap Critical Error (signal 11 from wrapped program)! This may indicate a corrupt admin binary in /usr/local/cpanel/bin/

I want to ask for help.

I couldn't be able to delete all the subdomains and

I cannot add addon domain in my account. The details list in follow:

 

username: mhea

default domain name: net.heliohost.org

addon domain name: pood.tk

host: stevie

 

would you please fix this issue?

@mhea: the domain seems to be added.

There is a pood folder in your public_html, and the domain shows a queued page.

 

You do need to wait 24h before the add-on domain becomes active and you can use it.

But cpanel couldn't found addon domain, and an advertise page comes out when I visit by addon domain. I even couldn't delete the subdomains.

 

It must be the cpanel error or dns error.

 

You could login my account for a look.

Currently, I would reccomend that we stop posting the issues we are having with addon domains until djbob contacts cPanel. Until then, domain related functions will not work, and everyone who tries to create an addon domain will have an issue.

Hello !

 

A few days ago I created the add-on domain name "liegefan.co.cc", but it disappeared from cPanel. As against the directory "/liegefan.co.cc/" was still present in the FTP, below "public_html".

 

I then manually deleted the directory "public_html/liegefan.co.cc/" and tried to recreate the add-on domain name "liegefan.co.cc" with cPanel.

 

It is not possible because every time I have the error message : "Addon DomainsAddon Domain Additions - Error from park wrapper: liegefan.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it. "

 

However, I am the unique owner of the domain "liegefan.co.cc" and I expect to be able to change the nameservers at the registrar to transfert my website on my website at Heliohost.

 

Can you check please?

Hi. Same for me. When I try to add addon-domain I get this message:
