Hello,

 

I created an addon domain more than 24 hours ago but am still seeing the 'Account Queued' page. I can't find a solution to the problem in the forum

 

Username: martin1g

Default domain name: martin-grey.com

Addon domain name: liverblog.info

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Ok so although I have pointed liverblog.info to different name servers. But after 24 hours my domain is still showing the 'Heliohost Account Queued' Page (yes I have flushed DNS and cleared cache). Does anyone have any ideas?

I apply last 2 days again. I can access to heliohost Cpanal but i can see my website online or access to FTP or anything about Cu.cc

On HelioHost side your *.cu.cc address is set correctly and works (if I bypass the DNS system).

 

However there seems to be problem on cu.cc side. None of cu.cc nameservers works, so no-one can access either cu.cc or any of the subdomains of it.

I have 2 addon domains but there's nothing in the list except "No addon domains are configured" even though I can open my site with both of them. Subdomain list has the same problem.

I've been experiencing the same problem as kaito above. By "adding" the affected domain again, I managed to remove it from the list, but when I try to add it again (to actually use the domain), it gives me a park wrapper error. I've waited several hours (and fought with addon domains/DNS zones for the past week) and tried multiple times, but it always returns the same park wrapper error. Could an admin nuke the remaining data on that domain for me?
