Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server The Admin Dashboard of my CMS is also unavailable due to a "critical error". About your FTP access, an issue was found on FTP subaccounts and that could be your case so you should also check here: When Tommy is back online let us know if you are still facing issues with your FTP access or your CMS' admin dashboard so we can help you.
