Domain name change

Hi,

 

I recently signed up for an account but I made a mistake when I specified my "Desired Domain" name so now I need some help to have it changed.

On signing up, I didn't pick any of the predefined domains but chose "Other" (which is correct) and I typed my domain name as "www.carnavalboquense.com.ar" but I made a mistake there because I omitted a hyphen which is part of my URL (it should be "www.carnaval-boquense.com.ar", actually). Obviously, I have no way of accessing my panel until I have solved this problem which is why I came here for your help.

In other words, I need to change my registered domain name of "www.carnavalboquense.com.ar" to "www.carnaval-boquense.com.ar" (with a hyphen).

My HelioHost username is "cb". I hope you can give me a hand.

I've changed you domain name to carnaval-boquense.com.ar without the www. The www isn't really a part of your domain name, it's sort of like a subdomain. Now you need to go and point your domain to our nameservers here:
