I filled in all the form on the page"http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/addon/index.html". After I pressed the "add domain" button, I met some error message. Addon Domain Additions There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details Error from park wrapper: ra2diy.cn is already configured. You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. I entered my cpanel "http://wangdalong.heliohost.org/cpanel" and press "Addon Domains" button. I found "ra2diy.cn". Then I entered "Simple DNS Zone Editor". "There are no user-defined zone records for ra2diy.cn" There is no records. I think there may be something wrong. "localhost", "mail", "www" and "ftp", these four records should have been added automaticly by your system. Then I tried to add them manually, but failed again. I need help, again. I can't understand. I want to add on domain. But it become subdomain of wangdalong.heliohost.org. Empty, it is empty.At least, there is a record "ra2diy.cn".But now, it's empty! This is the DNS zone, a subdomain record here. I didn't do any change, nor my friend isaacz168. I want to addon domain instead of any subdomain.
