moose2 Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 I can't seem to access my website ( moosevfx.heliohost.org ) and was wondering if my site/account has been deleted? I recently got an email saying... Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended. This either due to a period of account inactivity or missed renewal date. If you have not logged into cPanel in the last three months, please renew your account ASAP by visiting here I clicked the link to renew my account but now (around 15 days later) my site will not load and if I try clicking the link again I get a page saying: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. I've also tried logging into CPanel, but that isn't working for me either (although I'm not sure if I've got my password right) My site is moosevfx.heliohost.org and my CPanel username is nw Thanks.
