Problem with my domain

[kboom.cl]

I try to add a CNAME entry for mail.kboom.cl pointing to ghs.google.com but it says it already exists.. and it isn't in the CNAME list..

 

And also I can login to my cPanel fine, upload files via FTP fine, but via HTTP it still says account queued.. seems the nameservers got messed up by my old account kboom.heliohost.org, now I directly registered for kboom.cl so it's my main domain.
