Same problem happened for me, I ended deleting my account Now I'm using an external DNS service pointing heliohost with an A record as mine still seems to be bugged (can't add mail.kboom.cl and my website if I use the heliohost nameservers still shows as queued)

put your full domain like mail.domainname.com pointing to ghs.google.com, that made the trick for me

I try to add a CNAME entry for mail.kboom.cl pointing to ghs.google.com but it says it already exists.. and it isn't in the CNAME list.. And also I can login to my cPanel fine, upload files via FTP fine, but via HTTP it still says account queued.. seems the nameservers got messed up by my old account kboom.heliohost.org, now I directly registered for kboom.cl so it's my main domain. selcuk, There is an option named 'Simple DNS Zone Editor' where you can add CNAME entries

I tried to add a CNAME record (I use Google Apps) but it doesn't let me to use my kboom.cl domain, it just points me to kboom.heliohost.org, cPanel still seems to be bugged... I think better could be just reset my account, I'm just starting the site so I just can upload it again.

I wanted to use my domain kboom.cl for my site kboom.heliohost.org (I'm just starting the site so it isn't ''ready'' still), but as I couldn't configure it correctly I tried to add it as an addon domain, but forgot to delete it first.. so now in the cPanel it appears as the domain still exists but it doesn't appear on any section to delete it and add it again.. I'm basically asking if can you make kboom.cl my main domain, please . I don't really need the subdomain Thanks in advance!
