I've just checked the Who.is for the domain Heliohost.org.

It came up with an US-citizen, in the state Washington.

 

I was wondering, since many hosts lately has changed owner, without notice, if it could be the same here?

 

Currently, Heliohost.org has huge failure with the cPanel, servers are generally too slow.

Have the owner changed?

As far as i know the who is thing was the same as when I first got an account (1 year ago). I also haven't noticed any slow down with cpanel or the server

Hi you can also check the whois information of the domain at Whoisxy.com here they provide all necessary information about the domain .The information consist of domain owner name .domain owner contact information ,domain creation date ,expiry date etc...
