robbie Posted December 16, 2009 Posted December 16, 2009 My site was http://robbiewolfe.heliohost.org I log into my cPanel once a month so nothing gets removed, but a few weeks ago I got an email saying I haven't logged in my cPanel for 3 months so my account was disabled. I clicked the link to fix it, and it was all better. Now however I can't log in to cPanel and my site doesn't exist anymore. What happened? Quote

robbie Posted December 17, 2009 Author Posted December 17, 2009 That's what I thought, thanks! Though like I said, I made sure not to be inactive for this very reason Quote
robbie Posted December 21, 2009 Author Posted December 21, 2009 It won't let me recreate my account, first it said: Dear robev, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: 0 Sorry, the home directory for this user ( /home/robev ) already exists. Please move or delete it and try again or use the force option if available.  now when i try a different login it says: Dear robev33, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: 0 Sorry, a DNS entry for robbiewolfe.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Quote
