Byron Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Those are the correct nameservers for heliohost but if you just signed up with heliohost than that is where your problem is. We are having problems with new registratins right now and we don't know when this will be corrected. Sorry!
Rick Posted December 12, 2009 Author Posted December 12, 2009 .com.br? Yes, it is a Brazilian commercial domain. Thank you.
Wizard Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 asicbrasil.com.br not asicbrasil.br? I see your site fine. This is freehostia hosting? Also, can you log into heliohost's cPanel?

Hi Wizard, it is asicbrasil.com.br I tried once again this morning and the DNS are all set. Thanks. There is yet still one issue... but this time regarding cPanel. After sending login information I get a blank white screen. Would you know what should I do? Regards, Rick
Wizard Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 It seems cPanel has broke. I do not know when or even if it will be fixed. EDIT: It is now 6PM EST, and cPanel seems to be fixed.
Rick Posted December 14, 2009 Author Posted December 14, 2009 It seems cPanel has broke. I do not know when or even if it will be fixed. EDIT: It is now 6PM EST, and cPanel seems to be fixed. Thanks once again Wizard. Could you kindly check if Fantastico set of scripts is also failing? This is the erros that I get: "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1260753091.30127WaP2XNEoyV on line 138" Thanks! Best Regards, Rick EDIT: The problem now is with WordPress script installation: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 38 bytes) in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico//includes/enc_check.inc.php on line 378 This error happens after filling out the whole form and then starting step 2 of the installation procedure. Any thoghts about it? Could this also be server lack of stability? Thanks!
Wizard Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 It's /tmp being full. Someone is using all the resources on the server or there is a leak somewhere spewing unnecessary files and taking up space. We can't do anything about it until djbob returns.
