Hello,

this is what happened to me, unfortuantelly. Created an account here on heliohost.org and was having there our team webpage and forum. However, due to some serious time issues, I wasn't able to take care of it all the time, so once came back and tried to log in, I found out, I wasn't actually able to do so, however I received an e-mail from you (asking me to be so kind and log in in order to prevent my webpage from being deleted), tried to save my webpage, but there was nothing I could have done with it after all. Some further unexplained error appeared (HTTP 403) Access denied so I was absolutelly helpless. Asking admin, if possible to remove my ban, if this is caused by it or tell me, how can I fix this.

Best Regards

Username? Domain name? You're being awfully unspecific.

Well, I assume, my account was recenly deleted either. I recreated it. Having the same username as before, it's: "Quetesh" and my domain was: "www.jactne.heliohost.org" (redirected to www.jactne.co.cc).

Apologies for bothering you once again and still. I asked my friend to post these questions instead of me, I am NOT able to open / see / display your (www.heliohost.org) page at all. Currently on a different PC, somewhere else, but from home, I have no chance to get here.

Cca. 3 months ago I started using your services, than I had quite no time for it, didn't notice the notification email from your side, my account was deleted and since than, all I see, when I open www.heliohost.org is a white and empty page, with "(HTTP 403) Access denied" message, up in left corner of my screen. Is that possible that I was banned for being inactive? I'm quite sure, I didn't break up any rules of yours, at least I hope so.

Anyway, sorry for posting it here, just realized, it was placed into a different section on this forum, than it shoud be. As I said, I asked somebody else to start this topic for me and now, I was just lucky to get here from different PC. I'd be very grateful, if you helped me. Anything is appreciated, so thank you.

Regards,
