Ntsite Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 I have troubles with logging in to cPanel..it asks me to put login and pass many times...I tried it with direct from the site, sometimes I can login but if try another links , it pushs thorough login form window. I fill it, and again again...in FileManager it just gives like 20 such login forms, while I write in the form, new form comes out...and I close all of them..I dont know what the bug is it.. Quote

c2s Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Mine has been working fine had it for almost a year. The login kept asking for the password over and over but it seem fine now. Must have been one of those internet hiccups. Quote
il Catania Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 what url are you logging in from? the following steps work for me: 1. head to http://www.heliohost.org:2082/login/ 2. press "cancel" when the popup message prompting for usename and password shows up 3. the browser should load the login form page: enter username and password there 4. press submit and enjoy your cpanel hope it helps. edit: also, are you behind a firewall? Are you trying to log in from your workspaces? Some firewalls might block port 2082. Quote
