abcorn Posted October 22, 2009 Share Posted October 22, 2009 I added an addon domain to my account, but then it didn't work, so I deleted it and tried to add it again. It said that it was already configured, but it's not showing up in my addon domains section or my subdomains section. I have the option in drop-down menus such as the add subdomain menu, and when visiting the domain, it shows the HelioHost Account Queued screen. Please help me, remove it if you have to, but if possible, don't delete the addon domain directory, because I want to add the domain back as soon as possible.
