seank123 Posted October 21, 2009 Share Posted October 21, 2009 Set up my account yesterday - got the email confirming username and password - but cannot login from the Cpanel login on the Heliohost homepage - says 'login attempt failed' Am using my own domain name and have set the nameservers to Heliohost - what do I set the DNS IP address to? Byron Posted October 21, 2009 Share Posted October 21, 2009 I don't think you need to set the DNS IP as long as you set the namesevers. You just didn't give it enough time to set up.
