Cannot log in to Cpanel and DNS setting for domain name

Set up my account yesterday - got the email confirming username and password - but cannot login from the Cpanel login on the Heliohost homepage - says 'login attempt failed'

 

Am using my own domain name and have set the nameservers to Heliohost - what do I set the DNS IP address to?

I don't think you need to set the DNS IP as long as you set the namesevers. You just didn't give it enough time to set up. It normally takes 24 to 48 hrs after your register.

Is there a temporary IP address I can log in to so I can start setting the site up? I assumed the Cpanel login box at the bottom of the Heliohost home page would let me log in!

Normally you would be able to login that way but we've been having some problems with registration. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.
