My user name was shally. My domain was shallyloomba.com I am also not able to renew my account. Typing in shally at http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php gives me the following: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. Well, the problem is that when I now try to create a new account with the domain shallyloomba.com, it says that the domain is already taken. So it seems that you have removed my user name from the database but not my domain information. Kindly do the needful so that I may make use of your excellent service once again. Thank you very much.
