Someone told me that I had to post a dedicated IP request in order to install a SSL

So, what must I do??

My site will do a little survey. So, I think I need it to secure data transmission :)

Are you going to get a free certificate? If so, you ought to know that most major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) are going to recommend their users to stay away from your site, as your certificate will not be signed by a trusted root. Usually, they'll either display a warning or color the address bar red.

Go here for an example.

You have been granted a dedicated IP. You may now install your certificate.

Could You grant a dedicated IP to my site also please? I need to set up https access. I am ok with self-generated certificate.

The administrator, djbob, is not here right now, so SSL requests will not be processed until he returns.

No problem, but I'm looking for a new domain.

I have one question, what I can do for change my main domain (ex: proxyatento.heliohost.org for chileproxy.uni.cc) ?

Thanks again.

Add chileproxy.uni.cc as a parked domain in cPanel and it will act just as if it were your main domain name. Also, make sure to set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the DNS config for chileproxy.uni.cc.
