nav2100
Hi, Signed up for Helio yesterday, changed nameservers at the same time - cPanel active today so no problems there. Uploaded files to the public html folder via ftp, but when I enter the URL into a browser (www.agburtt.com) all I can see is a list of what is in that actual (public html) directory. You can see for yourself that the index.htm is there and labelled correctly, but I can only view it if I click on the link within the directory contents list... Any ideas? Thanks, Nav

ajrwilliamson
All sorted now - many thanks. I'm having the same problem, for www.teddiescottage.com. The page is named index.html and I uploaded the page via the file manager. An answer to the probem would be appreciated. Many thanks, Andy
Wizard
Where did you upload it to?
nav2100
Mine was just a screw up - 'Index.htm' rather than 'index.htm'. Provided it's in your public folder with lower case filename, all should be rosey...
ajrwilliamson
Where did you upload it to? I uploaded it to my public_html folder. The index page is index.html
Wizard
Do you own www.teddiescottage.com? Did you set the nameservers?
