As far as giving out the username and password for an account, you'll need to be able to show djbob some kind of proof that it's your site. I'll keep the one with the domain http://teddiescottage2.heliohost.org, but as I originally mentioned i've forgot the username and password for it. Since i have forgotten these details i cannot find out the server details for that domain because I can't log on. All I need is to be able to log on to each user account to find out the server details for http://teddiescottage2.heliohost.org as I have forgotten which user account I've used to host http://teddiescottage2.heliohost.org

Yes Heliohost can handle the DNS. What you need to do is point your Domain Name to the Heliohost name servers which are: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org And then register with your domain name. Are they both pointing to an A or a C name?

Just a quick question about web forwarding. I have a site that's domain name is registered elsewhere. Can you, HelioHost, handle the DNS and transfer settings if the site was to be hosted by you, HelioHost? Kind regards, ajrwilliamson
