Account Reactivation

I was busy and was not able to login to my account. Now my account has been archived and I am not able to access it again.

Would it be fine to have my account unarchived @admins?

Hi @Jenova, thank you for response. The problem is not actually on the cPanel login, but on the my account in heliohost. Please see the image attached to this message. Thank you

What I am trying to say is you cannot have your account reactivated at this time because our cpanel license has been revoked and we are currently undergoing maintenance to rebuild the servers.

Currently we are backing up all the tommy accounts and we will wipe the entire server and rebuild it using plesk instead.

Until this is done, you will not be able to login to any backend.

Apologies for the inconvenience, but if you must know, none of this was planned.

If you want, you can have your account unarchived once the server is done being rebuilt.
