I don't know what to do. I'm trying to update my phpbb and as cpanel file manger doesn't upload folders this seems to be my only option. Thank you for your help. I am trying to set up my own win 2000 server with apache (I'm not sure how to use nameservers etc. I'd love to have help with that) so i will use heliohost until I can fix that up. I just created an FTP account on your account (djbob@olor2002fourm.heliohost.org) and was able to log in successfully both from my computer at home and from Net2FTP. Are you sure you are remembering the password correctly and everything? If you want, you can create an FTP account and PM me the password and I'll check if it works for me.
