This form requires alphanumeric characters without "." .
cPanel can indicate an external service by IP address, which other server vendors wouldn't want to adopt with confidence.
Consider buying a formal domain and clipt.heliohost.us should 301 forward to this domain.

The .heliohost.us subdomains don't require registration on a registrar at all. You just specify one when you sign up and you get it automatically.

If you have a different domain on your account already and want to change it to one of our free subdomains, let us know and we can make that happen

I tried getting free domain name from freenom.

But it will expire in one year .

It's still free to renew but based on my experience they can take away the "free" domain from you whenever they want and you'll need to pay to get it back.
