The software we were running for our support forum was written in 2013 so it was long overdue for an upgrade. You can still find the old forum located at https://classic.helionet.org/ if you need it. The new forum was upgraded from a backup made on June 13th so all new forum accounts and all new posts for the last two weeks only exist on the old forum not the new one. We will provide support on both forums for a while we get all the kinks worked out of the new system.
