HelioHost Posted June 7, 2021 Share Posted June 7, 2021 The nameserver upgrade isn’t going as smoothly as we had hoped. We’re having trouble getting the zones to sync to ns1. This means anyone who tries to visit your site has a roughly 50/50 chance of querying ns1 or ns2. If you’re unlucky you contact ns1 and are told that your website is offline.
