There was a problem creating the sub-domain.

Trying to add a domain to my site of forum.magikoopa.uni.cc but whenever I try adding, I get the error Error from domain wrapper: We were unable to locate your current domain name, magikoopa.uni.cc in the webserver configuration! The subdomain cannot be added because information about your domain could not be obtained from the webserver configuration file.

 

But whenever I try parking it, Error from park wrapper: magikoopa.uni.cc is already configured.

I want to get my forum modified for the link it's going to be, but I cant really do it until I have the subdomain.

 

I think that I've waited over 24 hours for my domain. At one point, it had said "Account Queued" but since last time I checked, it was showing Google's 404 again

Please see this topic. I'm working on this issue right now.

 

Anyways, your subdomain should show up in cPanel within 24 hours after you tried to create it, regardless of that error. Let me know if it doesn't show up.

I've waited over 24 hours and when I go to http://magikoopa.uni.cc/ it sayS Account Queued.

 

As for a subdomain I added a few days ago ( http://forum.magikoopa.heliohost.org ) that one still says Account Queued like usual

 

When magikoopa.uni.cc/ is working I'm going to have the subdomain on it.

 

forum.magikoopa.heliohost.org shows in the dropdown box, but not forum.magikoopa.uni.cc.
