I mean, i tried this: Primary DNS: - Name: ns1.heliohost.org - IP: Secondary DNS: - Name: ns2.heliohost.org - IP: But they asked me for the IP addresses. So I tried to look for them and somewhere in the net I found those IP addresses I put. So that I could register the DNS but it doesn't work. I remember that once I created an account on netfirms.com, and there they gave the IP addresses, so that it sounds me strange that I couldn't find them. What you recommend me? As far as I know the ip address for heliohost is 65.19.143.3 and I can't say for sure if the other (65.19.143.4) is correct or not. Do you get any kind of error message when you try to change name servers? And you might try contacting your domain name provider and ask them why it isn't updating. My problem had been that in nic.ar they asked me for the ip addresses, and as I told you I put those ip addresses. But today I tried to enter the website and it's working.
