As far as I know the ip address for heliohost is 65.19.143.3 and I can't say for sure if the other (65.19.143.4) is correct or not. Do you get any kind of error message when you try to change name servers? And you might try contacting your domain name provider and ask them why it isn't updating. My problem had been that in nic.ar they asked me for the ip addresses, and as I told you I put those ip addresses. But today I tried to enter the website and it's working. I don't know what the problem could be. Thanks for you help.

Did you sign up with your domain name or a heliohost name? If you signed up with a heliohost domain then you'll want to park your domain. Either way these are the two name servers you need: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org I signed up with my domain name, the problem is that in www.nic.ar, where i register my domain name, they asked me for the ip addresses. I mean, i tried this: Primary DNS: - Name: ns1.heliohost.org - IP: Secondary DNS: - Name: ns2.heliohost.org - IP: But they asked me for the IP addresses. So I tried to look for them and somewhere in the net I found those IP addresses I put. So that I could register the DNS but it doesn't work. I remember that once I created an account on netfirms.com, and there they gave the IP addresses, so that it sounds me strange that I couldn't find them. What you recommend me? To create an account with a heliohost domain, other free hosting or there is any way to obtain the IP addresses?

I had created an account in http://www.heliohost.org/ (username: meilan). Also I am owner of the domain meilanweb.com.ar. My problem is that I unknow the DNS. I assume that they are: Primary DNS: - Name: ns1.heliohost.org - IP: 65.19.143.3 Secondary DNS: - Name: ns2.heliohost.org - IP: 65.19.143.4 But it does not work.
