Daverto Posted July 12, 2009 Share Posted July 12, 2009 Hi, I am trying to move 2 domain names that I purchased through GoDaddy over to HelioHost. When trying to do the addon domain, I receive this error: There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details Error from domain wrapper: Bind reloading on stevie using rndc zone: [daverto.heliohost.org] I am trying to add the domains: daverto.com leonardjr.com The problem happens with both. My cPanel username is "daverto" (without quotes of course). If you require my password, please PM me. I have NOT moved the nameservers over, but from the error, it seems to be a problem with the subdomain daverto.heliohost.org. Thanks in advance.
