Request: Change Main Domain

Hello, I am a new member to HelioHost.org and HelioNet.org. I wish to change my heliohost.org subdomain. First off, would it be possible for one of the administrators to change my subdomain for me? If yes, could you tell me the information you need to change my subdomain. Additionally, please give me explicit permission to send you a personal message containing further information pertaining to my request. I would like to keep my information private. Thank you.

Just a quick question. Do accounts have an inactivity limit? Although others on HelioNet seem to suggest there is an inactivity limit, I do not recall an inactivity limit in the terms of service. If there is an inactivity limit, does it apply to HelioHost, HelioNet, or both?
