First off, would it be possible for one of the administrators to change my subdomain for me? If yes, could you tell me the information you need to change my subdomain. Additionally, please give me explicit permission to send you a personal message containing further information pertaining to my request. I would like to keep my information private. Thank you. Do accounts have an inactivity limit? Although others on HelioNet seem to suggest there is an inactivity limit, I do not recall an inactivity limit in the terms of service.
