Problem with hosting activation

The other day I signed up. Last 24th I got a message that stated:

But last 29th I got this one:

The /usr partition on this server is running out of disk space.

WHM operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening.

Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.</h3>

I've been trying to enter both the control panel and my subdomain, waiting, trying to signup again ... but nothing works till now.

 

I've just joined this forum trying to find a solution.
