Cannot add addon domain

Hi,

 

I'm trying to add an addon domain. I have the DNS set up and everything for the domain, but when I try to add the addon domain, I get the following error:

 

 Error from domain wrapper:

 

It's quite puzzling as that's the only text in the error message.

 

Help would be appreciated, thanks.

It's probably because we are having some problems with cpanel right now. I have a parked domain and one addon domain and neither is showing up at my cpanel right now and I'm seeing errors. Wait about 24 hours and try it again.

Yeah, i'm having that same problem with my parked domain, but also with subdomains. I have several subdomains set up, but none of them are showing up in my cpanel.

Got a new error today:

 

Error from domain wrapper: Bind reloading on stevie using rndc zone: [<my website>.heliohost.org]

And I thought the issue resolved itself but apparently I lost the addon domain again today and couldn't get it back on

I tried to park a domain today and got the same error. "Error from domain wrapper:" Does anyone know when this will be resolved?
