I am completely new to heliohost. I created an account about 2 days ago, and immediately got an email saying my hosting account has been installed and there may be "a suspended message on my domain until validation". But so far, all I am getting from the browser is "server not found" when I try myname.heliohost.org . is there supposed to be some other message? how long does the validation take usually ?

The validation usually takes less than 24 hours.

But recently djbob is busy for settling server problem.

It might take a little bit longer than usual.

 

*Note: Validation might be done, but due to server problem, you might not be able to login cPanel or your site.
