[Solved] Account Suspended for No Given Reason

HelioHost was working fine yesterday except when I wake up and see one of the bots I always have HelioHost running was offline and I tried to run it, I got "Unable to access this page" and it said the account was suspended. I tried logging into it through the website itself and it just said it was suspended. No reason given. It could have been to something against the TOS in the code of one of my bots but I never run it on Heliohost. If it wasn't, it may have been server overload or something like that. The account username was gamerboi and the server it was on was Ricky.
